Our psychosocial rehabilitation (PSR) program is designed to promote recovery, community integration, and improved quality of life for patients who have been diagnosed with a behavioral health condition that significantly impairs their ability to lead meaningful lives. This program will work to restore the fullest possible integration of each individual as an active and productive member in their family and/or community, with the least amount of professional intervention.

We support members of our PSR program in developing emotional, social, intellectual, and independent living skills necessary to live learn and work as active, healthy, and productive members in their communities through interventions developed by behavioral health professionals or certified peer recovery specialists in partnership with the member. This process can be face-to-face, collaborative, and person-centered and may be provided individually or in a group setting.

A Beautiful Mind is a licensed and insured, woman-owned practice serving the Chicagoland area since 2019. All Medicaid MCO's are accepted here and we'll handle all your insurance paperwork on your behalf. Our mental health services are available for patients from ages 6 to 99. Remote telehealth appointments are now available or schedule an in-person appointment at our office in Chicago.
